Assassins Creed Brotherhood Mac – Action, role-playing game

The game is a continuation of the story of Ezio Auditore, the protagonist of Assassins Creed II, after Ezio returns to Monteriggioni. One day, Ezio’s sister threw a surprise birthday party for him, and Ezio slept with Caterina Sforza. Waking up in the morning, Ezio panicked to see that Monteriggioni was being invaded by the army of Cesare Borgia – the eldest son of Rodrigo Borgia.

Ezio and his soldiers tried to fight back, but his uncle Mario was killed by Cesare and he took The Apple of Eden, leaving Ezio to escape the city alone. Eager to get justice and get back his treasure, Ezio sets out to Rome to free the people oppressed under the Borgia dynasty.

To do that, Ezio must recruit new assassins as well as establish allies among the underground forces of Rome. Many times Ezio broke into Castel SantAngelo – a fortified fortress – to kill the Borgia father and son, but failed. Once, Ezio returned to Castel SantAngelo to find Cesare forcing his father to eat a poisoned apple that Rodrigo had intentionally poisoned in order to poison his son.

Ezio chases Cesare and eventually regains the Apple of Eden, and uses it to kill many of Cesare’s soldiers. Cesare was eventually taken to prison, but he angrily stated that no one could kill him and kept him locked up for too long. Cesare was kept very carefully in Viana, Spain, but in the end he was able to successfully escape with the help of Micheletto’s confidant. But Micheletto is even killed at the hands of his master, and the game leads to a memory that begins at the beginning of the game. Ezio kills Cesare, shoving him under the castle walls; leaving him in the hands of fate.

Later, Desmond, Lucy, Shaun, and Rebecca discover the Apple of Eden hidden beneath the Colosseum. The party searched and eventually found it, and then Juno, another “First Comers” – another name for the First Race – appeared, controlling Desmond and forcing him to stab Lucy in the stomach. After this event, Desmond fell into a coma, and Lucy – Desmond’s lover – died at his hands. For the first time in the series, the game features multiplayer. The player joins some of Abstergo’s employees, using the Animus to delve into the memories of the Renaissance Templars in several levels.
